Objavili sa ďalšie dva prípady tejto poruchy , tak ju dávam zasa do pozornosti. Týka sa to hlavne vozidiel s vyšším nájazdom a parkujúcich vonku. LHD maju samozrejme filter na druhej strane.

Ok guys some advise at this time of year
Yesterday I had a catastrophic failure of my x350 all electrical systems down
Under the pollen filter are 2 drain holes one in each corner they had become blocked by leaves which get in via the slots in the scuttle panel result ….
The pollen filter housing fills with water which then overflows shorting out the ecu which sits below …so make sure they are clear as sitting at the side of the road for 10hours waiting to be recovered is no fun and neither is a fried Ecu 2 min job that can save your car a brain transplant. Still waiting to see if mine can be saved
